A Journey of Healing and Empowerment

Hello, my name is Shell, thanks so much for visiting my site where I hope to share a little bit about me.

Through my own personal therapy and life experiences, I have witnessed first-hand how powerful and transformative effective therapy can be. Having faced personal grief after losing my brother in a tragic accident during my teenage years, I deeply understand loss.  As a bereavement support volunteer with Cruse and a certified grief coach, I am passionate about helping others navigate their own healing journeys

Supporting clients through a holistic journey of personal development, growth, and change is hugely important for me. The Personal Consultancy model provides a seamless transition between counselling and coaching, ensuring that clients receive the appropriate support at different stages of their journey. 

I truly believe that everyone has the capacity for profound growth and change. My approach fosters self-awareness, resilience, and lasting change with compassion, humour and purpose.
